Meet the founder

With over 10 years of experience in coffee across Ireland and Portugal, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding every step from bean to cup. I competed at the Irish Barista Championships in 2025 and 2026, constantly pushing my skills and knowledge. My mission is to build a vibrant coffee community in Wexford and help spark curiosity in people who share this passion but haven’t yet had access to it.
